Tekmar secures second €8m+ cable protection contract
18/12/25
Tekmar has been awarded a significant contract valued in excess of €8 million by an existing Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) customer, further strengthening its position as a leading provider of asset protection technology and offshore energy services.
The contract scope includes the supply of Tekmar’s 10th Generation Cable Protection System (CPS) and associated ancillaries for a major UK offshore wind farm. Leveraging its in-house engineering expertise and holistic CPS design capabilities, Tekmar will deliver an optimised technical solution tailored to the project’s specific requirements.
Subject to the customer’s Final Investment Decision (FID), expected in early 2026, delivery is scheduled for late 2027, with revenue anticipated to be phased across Tekmar’s FY26 and FY27 financial periods.
The award reflects the strength of Tekmar’s long-standing relationship with the customer, as well as its proven track record in delivering reliable, technically robust subsea protection technologies across complex offshore environments.
Commenting on the contract, Richard Turner, Chief Executive Officer of Tekmar Group, said:
← Back to news“We are delighted to continue our long-standing relationship with this customer through the award of another major offshore wind project. “This significant contract builds on our growing success and order book momentum, improving utilisation and providing longer-term revenue visibility as we continue to execute our strategic growth plans.”
